This month, we’re excited to share admin-only updates to Scheduled Posts and Guest Authentication, as well as additions to Key Updates, and Event Notifications.

Admins can use a new setting to allow guests to access their guest accounts through their organization’s primary Workplace account. Available on desktop.

Admins can manage settings for email invitations, and also ‘unsubscribe’ from events for specific Workplace groups, to stop notifications of unwanted event invitations. Available on desktop. However, on both desktop and mobile event hosts can now see when an event will trigger notifications and emails to invitees.

Group admins are now able to approve scheduled posts prior to planned publication time. Available on desktop.

Users can access accurate read status updates on posts within the Workplace ‘Key Updates’ section. Available on desktop and mobile (Android/iOS).

Group admins can now mark posts as key updates without the support of Workplace admins. Available on desktop and mobile (Android/iOS).

When joining a group with the introduction of a new banner, users can now see specific ‘Key Updates’ at the top of their feeds. Available on desktop.

Group admins can now self-serve to unblock group invitations. Available on desktop.
